• Facilitating booking inquiries and reservations
• Offering customer support throughout the booking process
• Providing travel information and resources about Antarctica

We act as an intermediary between travelers and expedition operators. The actual expedition services are provided by third-party operators, and their respective terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Booking and Payments

When you make a booking through Unsold Antarctica, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is typically due 90 days before departure
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and bank transfers. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit and written confirmation from us.

The expedition operator's terms regarding payment schedules and methods also apply and may vary depending on the specific expedition.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by expedition operator. Generally, the following guidelines apply:

• More than 120 days before departure: Deposit may be refundable, minus administrative fees
• 90-120 days before departure: 50% of total cost may be refundable
• 60-89 days before departure: 25% of total cost may be refundable
• Less than 60 days before departure: No refund available

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. Antarctica expeditions are particularly susceptible to weather-related changes and delays.

In the event of cancellation by the expedition operator due to circumstances beyond their control (such as severe weather or operational issues), alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered in accordance with the operator's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Unsold Antarctica acts as an agent connecting travelers with expedition operators. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality service, we cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy of all information provided by expedition operators
• The performance or safety standards of third-party operators
• Specific weather conditions or wildlife sightings
• The continuous availability of our website or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsold Antarctica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in any expedition.

Antarctica travel involves inherent risks due to extreme weather, remote location, and challenging conditions. By booking through us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Unsold Antarctica website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Unsold Antarctica or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
• Use our trademarks or service marks without written consent

Some images and content are provided by expedition operators and photographers and remain their respective property.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unsold Antarctica is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, at our discretion.
